FOUNDER & CEOHarpreet Chatha is the Founder and CEO of TurnoutNow, a beacon of cutting-edge AI solutions, specializing in real-time data analytics and engagement solutions. With nearly two decades as an entrepreneur in the tech industry, Harpreet has consistently driven innovation and growth. His leadership at TurnoutNow is marked by a deep commitment to leveraging technology to enhance user experience and client outcomes at scale. With a relentless pursuit of client satisfaction and a focus on future innovation, TurnoutNow stands as a trailblazer in the technology - setting new standards and redefining success on a global scale. Prior to TurnoutNow, he was the Founder and President of TechTier Solutions, and co-founded and served as CTO of Vcopious. Harpreet’s extensive background also includes pivotal roles at SAP, Ceridian, Aon, Kinder Morgan, and Dynegy, where he expertly developed and managed enterprise solutions that significantly propelled business efficiency and market readiness. Harpreet holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Houston in Texas.
Sonika Kanwal
Co-Founder & CPOAs the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) of TurnoutNow, Sonika is responsible for leading the strategic innovation and development of cutting-edge products incorporating advanced AI technologies. Her focused leadership ensures that our solutions are not only pioneering but also intuitively designed, and expertly tailored to empower organizations with advanced behavioral data analysis, focusing on personalized real-time engagement solutions. With over two decades of experience in design and technology, Sonika began her career journey alongside Harpreet Chatha in 2007, a collaboration that led to the founding of TurnoutNow in 2014. Prior to this innovative venture, she refined her talent management and leadership skills as Director of HR & Operations, and later as Director & CEO of TechTier IT Solutions. Additionally, she served as Product Director at vcopious and as Project/Program Manager for Web & Rich Media Projects for SAP. Sonika holds a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Life Sciences from IGNOU, New Delhi. However, her passion for design and technology steered her towards Advanced Studies in Computer Applications, with focus on UI/UX and Product Design. She pursued specialized trainings at Human Factors International (HFI) and the Project Management Institute (PMI), where she learned advanced design principles and robust leadership techniques.
